Our client is a young adult male with a spinal injury, who is totally dependent upon his care team to meet all his needs.  We are seeking compassionate carers who are flexible and understanding.  He lives on his own with the support of his care team and does have a keen interest in sports i.e. football. 

There will be an opportunity for you to attend a meet & greet / work shadow shifts prior to going live – this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate where you will receive A1 training and job satisfaction. 

As a Healthcare Assistant you will have an opportunity to build on your current experience by working directly with clinical interventions including but not limited to:-

NG/Gastrostomy feeding, BIPAP, Cough Assist, Tracheostomy. Suction etc.

We are seeking Healthcare Assistants (HCA’s) to work in partnership with our nurses to provide clinical interventions for patients with a range of debilitating conditions and disabilities. You will be compassionate and caring with a desire to succeed in all that you do. We have an excellent training programme in place to support you with your career development.

Pay rate £230.00 per day inclusive of holiday pay

Shift patterns are week on/week off

As a Healthcare Assistant  with Advanatge you will:

  • Be committed to providing the highest standard of compassionate care
  • A current enhanced DBS on the update service (preferred but not essential)
  • Sound knowledge of  person centred care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
